HCCI is a Prophetic Voice in the heart of Beverly Hills and Hollywood
We are a fearless army declaring the word of the Lord with boldness and accuracy, a people with an ear to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to the churches, to governmental leaders and authorities who have been set over us to rule the land, to nations far and wide, to the economies of the world, to the atmospheric changes in the weather, to the media and the entertainment industry, going beyond the walls and into the hearts of men, women, boys and girls, who have been waiting in earnest expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. We are a desperate people seeking a divine visitation from YHWH.

to preach deliverance to the captives;
recover sight to the blind;
to set at liberty them that are bruised.
We desire to see the manifested glory of God invade Hollywood through prophetic worship and the revelatory Word of God, transforming the face of Hollywood into one that reflects the image of Jesus Christ. We believe God has positioned us in the most influential city in the world, because He wants us to build an altar unto Him in the midst of darkness so that He can send His rain. We declare that this divine positioning will cause every knee to bow down and every tongue to confess Jesus Christ is Lord.
Luke 19:1-9 tells us how Jesus, when he entered Jericho, had an encounter with a wealthy man. Even though Zacchaeus had everything, according to the standards of society, he had a 'want'. He desperately wanted to see who Jesus was. This desperation released a divine visitation. God wants to visit homes, businesses, talent agencies, and schools in Beverly Hills. He's seeking desperate people who 'want' to see Him.
God is about to unleash His glory without measure, invading the hearts of every man, woman, boy and girl. His Word declares in Joel 2:28 'I will pour out My spirit upon ALL flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions'. This is conditional! The verse begins like this 'And it shall come to pass afterward...'. After what?
From verse 12-17, God states the conditions:
Turn to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, with mourning;
Rend your heart and not your garments, turn unto your God and repent;
Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly;
Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children;
Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, weep between the porch and the altar;
Then we will witness this great outpouring of the Spirit. Let us position ourselves to embrace this mighty outpouring as we desperately seek His face.
Pastors Ray and Chloe Moodley
Born and raised in Durban, South Africa, they heeded the call of God to America just weeks before 9/11. Pastor Ray, a successful businessman and a member of Million Dollar Round Table, and his wife Chloe, gave up everything when they heard the voice of God calling them to America. In S.A. they served as Assistant Pastors and Church Adminstrator to Dr. Reuben Timothy of Simunye Ministries.
Pastor Ray has a strong healing and teaching ministry. God uses him to equip and empower men and women to reach their full potential, fulfilling their divine destiny. He has made notable strides in the marketplace, and continues to influence businessmen worldwide. God's divine favor has set before him many open doors to minister healing and deliverance, to influential voices in the city.
Prophetess Chloe, who is an accomplished pianist and film composer, moves in an unusual anointing. As she prophesies on her instrument, songs of hope and deliverance are released instantaneously. The worship evokes the awesome Presence of God, and many are healed and set free during this time. A river of prophetic songs begin to flow as the prophetess declares the word of the Lord over Hollywood, America and globally. She has ministered for Benny Hinn, Kim Clement, Alvin Slaughter, Rodney Howard Brown and many others.
Pastors Ray and Chloe, and their twelve year old son Jethro, have traveled extensively, nationally and internationally ministering to multitudes, releasing an apostolic-prophetic anointing with signs, wonders and miracles following.
